Our school has an excellent track record when it comes to academic achievement and progress data, but as our cohorts tend to be below the government's ten pupil limit,  we are seldom allowed to publish our results.

What we can say is that the vast majority of our pupils consistently meet or exceed national expectations in the core areas of English (Reading and Writing), Mathematics and Science.

Our pupils tend to exceed local and national expectations in Early Years, Key Stage One and Two when carrying out formal assessments and we consistently exceed expectations when undertaking Year 1 Phonics testing.

We believe that our small enviable class sizes provide pupils with considerable advantages when it comes to focused learning and accessing close adult support.

Our pupils are well prepared for the rigours of secondary school life and tend to do very well in their eventual careers , due to solid foundations acquired at Kirkby Malham Primary School.
